The selection of the right binder for the right toxins is a skill.

The binder that works well for someone can differ greatly based on their toxin load, and what works well can also change during different phases of healing.

Functional lab testing can be used to determine toxin loads but I am increasingly using ART testing to identify individual needs.

Whilst there are many studies on individual binders there are few comprehensive studies comparing all binders.
