The Living Clean site presents links to a highly curated collection of articles on a variety of topics and from many different sources, all relevant to working to recover from mold-related illness issues.
It is presented by Paradigm Change, an organization focusing on the relationship between mold/microbial toxins and chronic illness.
All of the resources listed on this site are ones that I personally feel will be useful enough to those pursuing mold avoidance that the time reading, listening to or watching them will be worthwhile.
Original articles related to this topic also may be submitted for publication on this site. I am looking primarily for articles focusing on the following topics.
1. Thoughtful essays related to any topics pertinent to the focus of this blog. We are especially interested in articles focusing on avoidance of any or all environmental toxins; on detoxification; and on techniques that seem to have the potential to allow the body to tolerate toxins more successfully.
2. Step-by-step instructions on how to prepare healthful clean foods, preferably including multiple photos of the preparation.
3. Similarly detailed photo essays on other topics related to the focus of this blog (such as how to set up a campsite or how to do a coffee enema).
4. Stories about how readers have made improvements in their health from chronic illness conditions (such as myalgic encephalomyelitis, chronic fatigue syndrome, toxic mold illness, chronic Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, Gulf War illness, environmental/food sensitivities or autism/Asperger’s spectrum disorder).
An associated Facebook page shares links to new articles and other information related to recovering from mold-related illness.
The Mold Avoiders website provides resources for those who are working to recover from mold-related illness by following the avoidance approach discussed in the book A Beginner’s Guide to Mold Avoidance.
Thanks very much for reading this website!
